TGS Realty Advisors Ltd. is dedicated to assisting our clients in achieving long term success on their real estate assets through effective property tax management.  We provide commercial property assessment appeal services and property tax consulting services to a broad spectrum of property owners, ranging from smaller individual property owners to national institutional real estate investors, and from property management firms to large scale manufacturing facilities.

Assessment authorities utilize a mass appraisal valuation model in determining individual property assessments, based on standardized data, mathematical models and statistical testing.  Given the broad variability of valuation characteristics between commercial properties, it is inevitable that the assessment system will produce errors in assessed market value for taxpayers. Our focus is on representing clients in achieving fair and equitable taxation for their real estate assets.
